Wynn Resorts’ Non-Executive Chairman of the Board since November 2018, Mr. Satre joined the board as vice chairman in August 2018. Mr. Satre’s non-profit positions include President of the National Center for Responsible Gaming and Trustee of The National World War II Museum.

Since 1994, Ms. Atkins has served as CEO of Baja Corporation, an independent venture-capital firm focused on technology, renewable energy, and life sciences, while her other board positions include Volvo Car AB, OYO Hotels & Homes, and SL Green Realty.

In February 2022 Craig S. Billings was named the CEO of Wynn Resorts, Limited, among the world’s most celebrated luxury resort brands, and serves on the board of Wynn Macau, Limited. Mr. Billings has held executive and board positions at Goldman Sachs, Aristocrat Leisure Limited, and NYX Gaming Group.

Since 2013, Mr. Byrne has been the President of Benefit Street Partners. He also serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Development Corporation of America and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Benefit Street Partners Realty Trust, Inc., since 2016.

Mr. Liu’s extensive professional experience in hospitality, entertainment, and financial services in the Asia Pacific region includes serving as a Partner at Egon Zehnder AG, where he focused on hotels and hospitality serving multinational and Chinese companies.

A Senior Fellow for Climate Adaptation and Environmental Policy for the Brookings Institution, Ms. Mulroy also is a Practitioner in Residence at the Saltman Center for Conflict Resolution at the William S. Boyd School of Law at University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Mr. Sanfilippo has extensive experience in the hospitality and gaming industries. Mr. Sanfilippo is the co-founder of Sorelle Capital and Sorelle Hospitality, entities focused on investing and operating companies in the hospitality sector and real estate development ventures. 

Mr. Strom serves as Partner & Head of Europe at UTA, among the entertainment industry’s premier agencies, where he represents transformative talent, brands, and organizations across entertainment, media, sports, fashion, the arts, entrepreneurship, politics, and thought leadership.

Ms. Webb is founder of Kestrel Corporate Advisors, a firm that advises organizations on strategic issues that include growth initiatives, digital marketing, board governance, and investor relations. Ms. Webb also serves on the Board of Trustees of American Homes 4 and the Boards of AppFolio, Inc. and ABM Industries.
