In February 2022, Craig S. Billings was named the CEO of Wynn Resorts, Limited, among the world’s most celebrated luxury resort brands. Mr. Billings leads innovation and the standards of excellence at Wynn Resorts’ global properties, which possess more Forbes five-star awards than any independent hotel company in the world.

Since April 2026, Mr. Fullalove has served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Previously, he was the CFO and Chief Administrative Officer of Wynn Resorts’ Macau operations, and its Hong Kong listed entity, Wynn Macau, Limited. Mr. Fullalove also led business development efforts during his time in Macau, supporting both casino and non-casino marketing initiatives.

Ms. Krum was named Wynn Resorts’ Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary in December 2024. Joining the Company in 2013, Ms. Krum assisted with developing gaming projects and was part of the team that won the competitive gaming license bid that ultimately became Encore Boston Harbor.

Mr. Gullbrants is the Company’s Chief Operating Officer for North America, a position he was promoted to in early 2023 after serving as President of Wynn and Encore Las Vegas. Previously Mr. Gullbrants served as President of Encore Boston Harbor, where he played an integral role in that resort’s opening.

Ms. Holaday is the President of Encore Boston Harbor, a role she assumed in August 2021 after serving as Executive Vice President of Operations for the resort. She has previously held executive positions for several gaming companies, including Harrah’s, Caesars Entertainment, and Mandalay Resort Group.

Ms. Chen is the Vice Chairman, Chief Operating Officer, and Executive Director of Wynn Macau, Limited, and serves as President and Executive Director of WRM, and President of Wynn International Marketing, Ltd., Ms. Chen is a member of the Nanjing Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (Macau).

Mr. Tappeiner is the President of Wynn Al Marjan Island, a role he assumed after serving as Executive Vice President of Operations at Wynn Las Vegas since January 2023. Prior to Wynn Resorts, Mr. Tappeiner successfully opened Resorts World Las Vegas as its Senior Vice President of Operations.

Mr. Lenahan is President and Chief Creative Officer of Wynn Design & Development, a role he has held since 2019. Mr. Lenahan has been a key collaborator in the creation of Wynn Resorts since its inception and is regarded as one of the hospitality design industry’s most progressive thought leaders.
