Jacqui Krum
Ms. Krum was named Wynn Resorts’ Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary in December 2024. Joining the Company in 2013, Ms. Krum assisted with developing gaming projects and was part of the team that won the competitive gaming license bid that ultimately became Encore Boston Harbor.
Ms. Krum was named Wynn Resorts’ Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary in December 2024. Joining the Company in 2013, Ms. Krum assisted with developing gaming projects in the U.S. and abroad and was part of the team that won the competitive gaming license bid in eastern Massachusetts, a project that ultimately became Encore Boston Harbor. In 2015, Ms. Krum moved from Las Vegas to Boston to become Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Encore Boston Harbor, helping to lead the opening of that resort in 2019.

Ms. Krum received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science, international relations, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in cultural anthropology, summa cum laude, from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
