SINGAPORE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 28, 2005--Today, Las Vegas-based Wynn Resorts, Limited (Nasdaq:WYNN) submitted a proposal in response to the Singapore Government's Request for Concepts for an integrated resort.
